Installation of paper cup machine requires only flat and solid terrain.It is forbidden to violently shake or touch the equipment in the process of transportation. When the equipment is in place, it shall be put on the flat ground, stand on the ground, adjust the locking nut of the ground foot, adjust the ground foot screw and level it with the level instrument.

Preparations before operation of MG-C600S paper cup machine

Clean the machine and add 40L lubricating oil; operation method: clean the machine with an air gun and a clean towel, and add two barrels of lubricating oil to the frame, ordinary lubricating oil is enough.

Turn on the power to check whether the oil pump is producing oil normally;

Check whether the direction of the knurling motor is clockwise;
operation method: click the touch screen I/O monitoring interface, click the Y6 button, and check whether the direction of the knurling motor is clockwise.

Check whether the direction of the bottom feeding servo motor and the pre-feeding motor is the forward direction;operation method: click the touch screen I/O monitoring interface, click the Y7 button, and check whether the running direction of the motor is in the direction of the arrow in figure 2.

Check whether the hot air heating at the bottom is normal; operation method: turn on the blower switch on the touch screen for 5 seconds and then turn it off, and feel whether the hot air hood is blowing out normally with your hands; it is forbidden to turn on the heater to heat when there is no wind, which will cause the heater,the connecting pipe and blower is burnt out.
